ECOFINE is proud to announce the implementation of a series of innovative energy- and water-saving measures across its manufacturing operations, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable production and environmental stewardship.

1. Harnessing Renewable Energy
The company has introduced solar power systems to reduce reliance on purchased electricity, directly lowering carbon emissions and operational energy costs.

2. Peak Shaving and Load Management
ECOFINE is planning to adopt an electricity-saving project that stores energy during off-peak hours and releases it during peak demand periods. This initiative will help balance grid load, reduce electricity expenses, and minimize the environmental impact of energy consumption.

3. Upgrading to Water-Saving Dyeing Equipment
The current dyeing system is being replaced with advanced water-efficient machinery. This upgrade will reduce the water ratio in the dyeing process from 1:8 or 1:9 to 1:6 or 1:5, significantly cutting water consumption and decreasing wastewater discharge.

4. Intelligent Humidity Detection in Sizing Process
A humidity monitoring system has been integrated into the sizing process. When humidity levels fall below standard, the system automatically adjusts and reduces heat output, optimizing energy use while maintaining production quality.
